Personal Claims

Most insurers we deal with now offer a direct claims reporting service, which can speed things up.

However, we appreciate that sometimes this system does not always work, or some people prefer to contact us in the first instance so that we can guide them through the claims procedure.

Commercial Claims

Some companies now offer a direct claims service similar to personal lines insurance, whereby claims can be reported over the telephone.

However, commercial claims can be quite complex, so we recommend you contact us directly in the first instance and we will guide you through the process of submitting a claim.
